Your free skin health consultation will enable us to diagnose your skin type an create a tailor-made skincare regime just for you.

The expert skincare advisor will recommend products based on your skin type. You will also receive a free personalised sample kit, so you can determine if the products work for you.

The Skin Health Consultation

Your free skin health consulation is the first step to achieving beautiful, healthy-looking skin. One of the expertly trained skincare advisors will carry out up to 4 diagnoses of your skin: sebum evaluation, skin hydration, skin tone, and apparent skin age. The VichyConsult Tool takes less than 5 minutes to determine your skin type.

After the consulation

After the consultation you will receive a free sample kit. This will help you determine whether the products work for you.

The diagnoses

Your free skin health consultation will last under 5 minutes. The consultation involves using special probes and sensors to analyse your skin. The four different diagnoses are:

We will measure the level of sebum in the T-zone and U-zone of your face to determine your skin type, from normal to combination, to oily to dry.

Skin Hydration

We will measure the level of moisture in your skin to help determine which type of moisturiser is best suited to your skin

Skin Tone

Skin Tone

We will identify your skin tone from very fair to dark skin. This will help us advise you on how to protect your skin from the sun.

Skin Age

Skin Age

In order to calculate your skin's apparent age, we will compare your skin to over 7,000 different skin profiles. This will help us recommend the most suitable products to help you slow down the signs of ageing.
